Define the use before the surface
Commercial projects can range from a small staff seating area to a busy shared lawn. The intended use, foot traffic, access and the condition of the existing surface all influence what is suitable.
Tell us the site address, dimensions or drawings, intended users and the timescale. We can then discuss whether a survey or further technical information is needed before quoting.
A clear division of responsibilities
Your quotation should identify preparation, base works, grass, edge details and installation. If another contractor provides the base, the required condition and acceptance process must be agreed rather than assumed.
For schools, terraces, sports or play areas, the system may have specific performance requirements. We confirm the proposed scope and ask for the relevant specification; no particular certification is implied by the use of artificial grass alone.
Plan around an occupied site
Deliveries, parking, working hours, separation from other users and waste removal need consideration on an operational site. Discuss these before dates are agreed so they can be reflected in the quotation and method of work.
We can also discuss ongoing artificial grass maintenance. Regular care and inspections help identify loose edges, open joins and damage that cleaning alone will not repair.
Choose the relevant service
See schools and nurseries for education projects, specialist applications for terraces and sports enquiries, or event hire for a temporary installation.
